Disassembly and assembly of bearing seat of support roller

Working scope

This set of equipment is specially designed for the installation and disassembly of the bearing seats of the support rollers in this project. Its working range meets the requirements for the disassembly and assembly of the bearing seats of the roughing and finishing mills (including the working rolls of the R roughing mill). The overall dimensions meet the requirements for the process layout of the grinding roll room.

Main structure and technical performance of the equipment

The bearing seat disassembly and assembly vehicle is set on both sides of the lifting and rotating roller group. When disassembling and assembling the bearing seat, the roller is placed on the roller group, and the bearing seat is disassembled and assembled through the rotation and lifting of the roller group, the transverse movement and push-pull movement of the disassembly and assembly vehicle.

When disassembling the bearing seat, the roller to be disassembled (with the bearing seat) is placed on the middle lifting roller group by a crane (the hanging roller stops when it is about 100mm away from the middle lifting and rotating roller group, and the middle lifting and rising roller is connected to the roller, which plays a buffering and protective role). The disassembly and assembly vehicles on both sides run to the bottom of the bearing seat; the middle lifting roller group descends and stops after contacting the bottom of the bearing seat. After the claws on the disassembly and assembly vehicle buckle the bearing seat, they move along the X-axis direction to separate the bearing seat from the roller.

When installing the bearing seat, place the smooth roller on the middle lifting roller group. The bearing seat is placed on the table of the disassembly and assembly vehicles on both sides. The center line alignment of the roller and the bearing seat is completed by lifting and lowering the middle lifting roller group along the Z-axis direction and lateral movement of the upper support plate along the Y-axis direction. After the roller rotates to complete the alignment of the keyway of the roller and the bearing seat, the disassembly and assembly vehicles on both sides move along the X-axis direction to assemble the bearing seat to the roller.

(1) The disassembly and assembly device adopts the method of rotating the lifting rollers in the middle position and lateral movement and push-pull of the disassembly and assembly vehicles at both ends.

(2) The middle disassembly and assembly position is composed of 4 rotating rollers, of which 2 active rollers are driven by hydraulic motors to realize roller rotation and inching, and complete auxiliary work such as keyway centering, oiling and flaw detection of the roller and the bearing seat.

(3) The lifting and lowering of the middle lifting device driven by the hydraulic cylinder completes the vertical (Z-axis) centering of the roller and the bearing seat.

(4) The lateral fine adjustment of the upper drag plate driven by the hydraulic cylinder completes the lateral (Y-axis) centering of the bearing seat and the roller.

(5) The disassembly and assembly vehicle moves along the roller axis (X-axis) driven by the hydraulic cylinder to complete the disassembly and assembly of the bearing seat.

(6) The two disassembly and assembly vehicles can work alone or simultaneously.

(7) The surface of the roller of the middle roller device is made of non-metallic material (nylon, polyurethane, etc.) to avoid damage to the roller surface during operation.

(8) The lifting platform has a rigid guide system for easy maintenance, inspection and replacement.

(9) The disassembly and assembly vehicle is equipped with a limit block, which can be adjusted according to the different widths of the bearing seat. The hydraulic system is equipped with a hammer function to ensure the smooth disassembly and assembly of the bearing seat.

(10) The structure of the intermediate roller device and the disassembly and assembly vehicle shall not interfere with the lifting device.

(11) The height of the claw is close to the center of the bearing seat to ensure the smooth disassembly and assembly of the bearing seat.

(12) The disassembly and assembly device can be operated in two ways: an electric control console and a remote control.

(13) Equipped with a set of replaceable base plates suitable for different bearing seat bottom structures.

(14) The length of the oil receiving tank should be sufficient to receive the oil flowing out during the extraction of the bearing seat. Various oil pipes should not be arranged in the oil receiving area to facilitate the placement of the oil receiving tank.
