Through purchasing the forging blanks from the domestic well- known enterprises and adopt the advanced own intellectual property dual-frequency induction quenching facility and the super-cooling treatment facility as well as the whole set of differential harden equipment of back-up rolls and heat treatment process from Union Electric Steel USA, the forged rolls have very good properties with anti-spalling, wear resistance and high quality. The good facility and good technology adopted ensure the better hardness organization and prolonged service period. The products are successfully applied to single and double stands of mill, tandem mill, five stands 4-high tandem mill, five stands 6-high tandem mill etc.

Casting production of rolls

The company adopts conventional casting、grooved mould casting and centrifugal casting(horizontal、vertical)methods for roll production. The major production process is adoptive of advanced computer control technology and the system is automatically controlled, which ensures homogeneity of process Control and homogeneity of product quality.

The maximum dimension of rolls produced by the large vertical spin-caster is φ1350×5300×11000, which meets the requirement of hot plate mill and CSP mill work rolls.

The company can supply customer with high wear resistance and stablity, high-strength quality rolls .

Heat Treatment of Rolls

Heat treatment furnaces are independently numerically controlled and centrally computer controlled.Heat treatment of strip mill rolls is adoptive of process and technology imported from Davy Roll UK.
