The rolls are produced by static and monobloc casting method. The scope of supply is suitable to all dimensions of rolls. The products are mainly applied to section mill, bar mill and wire-rod mill, rail mill, universal mill breakdown stand, roughing stands of hot strip mill, back-up rolls of hot strip mill, vertical rolls and so on, The roll show very good wear resistance, anti-accident, anti-fire and less hardness drop. The products covered all the Adamite /GST material with “C” contents of 1.0%-2.2%.

Work rolls of hot strip mill

The ICDP rolls adopt the centrifugal casting method with three layers casting process for getting good metallurgy bonding between shell and core to avoid the alloys permeate each other.

These rolls have good wear resistance and surface finish. That’ s because the certain amount of free graphite exists in the microstructure, and the roll have very good anti-sticky property and anti-fire property.
